This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just ‘surfing’.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to user information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. As well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our users’ information is protected. Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information.
Return Policy
We are totally committed to providing you with the best services possible. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online through our various websites. We understand that sometimes especially for diamonds and jewelry there are not only emotions and sentiments involved for years to come, but also significant amounts to make purchases and you may want to take your own time to decide after you actually touch and feel the product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and insurance, within the 30 days from the day of purchase using our Exchange/Return Instructions on the US territory. International customer have 30 days to return an item.
After 30 days of your purchase you can return an item for replacement or exchange within 60 days of the original date on the invoice.
Items on sale or special offers can be returned only for exchange. If a full refund is desired there will be 10% restocking fee.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags; if any and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, re cut or altered in any way. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
Lot of our products are offered through special bargains, event discounts and promotions, please note that while returning, entire lot/numbers are to be returned, part lot or part numbers will not be accepted, for the simple reason that if that is practiced, it no more remains a lot and is no more eligible for the same price but the selection price.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund/replacement or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
